Air temperatures were too warm

On Friday morning I went to the restaurant to help my executive chef get things ready for the afternoon service. Friday is one of the busiest days of the week for us. We don’t open for service until 4:00 p.m., but we usually spend all morning and afternoon preparing for the evening. We also make sure that there are plenty of vegetables cut for the entire weekend. There is hardly any time on the weekend for us to cut and prepare food. That’s why it’s so essential that we handle all of the work on Friday morning and Friday afternoon. As soon as I got to the store on Friday, the first thing that I noticed was the fact that the indoor air temperatures were too warm. Air temperatures inside of the building were around 80°. I have a thermostat in my office and I could tell that it was right around 80°. I immediately contacted the service company that handles our air conditioning system. I told the lady on the phone that I didn’t know what was wrong, but there was definitely some type of indoor air problem. Air temperatures inside of the building were 80 degrees and the air conditioner was not running at all. The woman on the phone promised to dispatch a technician as soon as possible. Within 15 minutes, there was a knock on the front door. I opened up the lock and the heating and AC repairman was waiting to help. It took the guy about 30 minutes or less to figure out a solution to the problem.
