I don’t assume how the Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker knew I needed new HVAC duct, but that was his answer to why I had a lack of airflow in our house.
I asked him if it could not be a problem with the air filters or the furnace, & he said he was 99% certain it was the HVAC duct! He hadn’t even looked at the HVAC duct, which to me, looked love new… There was no visible rust on the HVAC duct, & I could not see where there were any pinholes or cracks.
He told me he was the professional, & he knew when it was the HVAC duct or the furnace. I expressed our appreciation of his professionalism, however I wanted to get a hour opinion before I allowed him to order thoUnited Statesnds of dollars of HVAC duct. He simply said fine, & told me he would come & put in the order for HVAC duct, when the next Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker told me the same thing. I called the Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation & they said he was a nice Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker, but if I wanted a hour opinion, they would send someone else to the house. That night, i had an older gentleman standing at the door. He told me he was from the Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation & he was there to inspect the furnace. Half an hour later, our furnace was working, & he told me there was nothing wrong with the HVAC duct. He asked for the paperwork left by the other Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker, however I hadn’t been given any, and all I knew was his name. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker told me he was the owner of the corporation & thanked me for our patience. He charged me nothing for the repair, because I had already helped him with a decision.
