The boiler broke down in my coffee shop the other day so I had to phone the commercial Heating, Ventilation and A/C company to make an appointment.
I suppose I shouldn’t complain about it because I haven’t had all that many issues with my heating and cooling system in the coffee shop ever since I moved in.
I have been here for about six years now, so it was about time for something to fail. Anyway, at least it is almost Spring. The weather is warming up quite a bit already, but I still need to use the boiler most of the time. The weather doesn’t begin heating up all that much until around noon, and most of my purchasers are here early in the morning. I still need to run the boiler so that people will not be freezing chilly when they are waiting here in the mornings for their coffee. If it was five weeks later, maybe I wouldn’t even have the boiler repaired. I wish it had happened later so I could just let it go until the end of the summer. That would give me good time to save up money for a large boiler repair or replacement. I’m sure it’s going to cost me so much money when they come to do the repair. They are supposed to be here the day after tomorrow, so I suppose I’m just going to have to be chilly up until then. I didn’t want to have to pay extra for an emergency appointment. I don’t think that it’s chilly enough at the coffee shop to warrant an emergency heating repair anyway.
