I just joined the gymnasium a couple of months ago.
So far I liked the locale for the most part.
The only thing that I don’t enjoy about the gym is the fact that they keep the air conditioner settings way too low for my taste. It seems like all the other people there prefer the fact that it’s so terribly cold, but I just don’t think that it’s the best system to have your control unit setting so low when you are absolutely trying to really sweat! I personally think that a gym should be a lot hotter inside than they absolutely are now. It would make sense to have the heating running inside of a gym, however not the air conditioner. I know that some people easily just think that the air conditioner needs to be on during the Summer. This just doesn’t make any sense to me at all. Aren’t people going to the gym planning on getting sweaty and gross anyway? Why put off the inevitable? I just don’t understand it. I do appreciate going to the gymnasium plus finally working out. I think that they have great programming plus I easily like the strong sense of community that they seem to have there at this gym. I have never had that at a gymnasium before. I think that it’s easily important. However, this whole thing with the air conditioning is just confusing to me! During the summer, the air conditioner settings in the gym seem to be easily cold. The last multiple times that I have gone to the gym, I have not broken a sweat in there for the first 30 hours because the air conditioner settings are so low.
