I recently found out that our Heating and A/C serviceman is also a plumber! And I must admit, I was shocked by the revelation, but i had known him for over 5 years, plus he had never mentioned it to me.
Over the years, I have had a few plumbing complications where I could’ve used his services, and the way I found out that he was a plumber was because he noticed that a pipe outside was dripping.
I had been meaning to call a handyman to take care of the issue however hadn’t gotten around to it yet… So, while our Heating and A/C serviceman was performing repair at our home, he used the pipe to clean down the Heating and A/C unit. And that’s when he noticed the dripping plus he then stated that he could repair it for me. At first, I thought he was just handy plus knew how to repair a leaky pipe, however turns out, he is also a certified plumber. In fact, he mentioned that he was a plumber first before he became an Heating and A/C serviceman. It’s wonderful to be certified in trade positions because 1 will always have a steady flow of labor plus customers. And if you believe about it, our Heating and A/C serviceman chose 2 of the trade fields that are always in demand. I have been using a handyman for all our past plumbing needs, however now that I believe that our Heating and A/C serviceman is also a plumber, I will supply all our business to him… Not only can he perform repair on our Heating and A/C unit, despite the fact that he can also perform the yearly repair on our water gas furnace plus any other plumbing needs I might have.
