I was on a business trip for my job & I had to stay at this small hotel. It wasn’t the best locale in the world but it was nice, what absolutely shocked myself and others though was that the air conditioner in the hotel was beyond great! I had stayed at ritzy high class hotels in the past that did not even have this good of air conditioner. So this was the huge surprise to myself and others at the hotel. As a matter of fact, the air conditioner was so fantastic I almost did not want to go out & do the business that I was there to do & what they were paying my costs at the hotel for! I could have stayed there for a long time & just relaxed & even slept with the good indoor comfort of that beautiful central or commercial heating & air conditioner method cooling that they had going on in that locale! I guess it goes to show that it does not matter if the hotel is small or big, it is all on the management on how fantastic the heating & air conditioner is in a hotel. And this management was the best I have to say, however not only because they had the good & most top quality air conditioner, but because they were also unquestionably nice & professional. Whenever I needed something they would help myself and others immediately. Another unfamiliar thing for such a small hotel. I l gained a lot in the way of hotels by all the good experience I had at this otherwise not so good locale to stay. But because of the air conditioner & the beautiful management it was great.

 

New air conditioning

When it came to the promotion in addition to the current position, I declined it at first. The bosses thought I was playing hardball, so they upped their initial offer. They needed myself and others in the current location, so they made myself and others an offer I couldn’t refuse… Not only was the spend money bump sizable, but they would provide myself and others a signing bonus, in addition to spend money for all our moving expenses. I would have been a fool to turn down that much money, so I accepted the job in addition to moved into the Deep South, then keep in mind that our ancient house didn’t even have a toiling air conditioner, but it was so rarely needed. There were 1 or two weeks a year, in the heart of summer, when an air conditioner would have been helpful. However, the cost of buying an air conditioning was too high for something I wouldn’t use easily often. In our current cabin down south things are easily different, in addition to I have run the air conditioner every single afternoon since I moved here. Thankfully the current position pays enough that I don’t have to stress about it, I can afford the utility bills, in addition to the regular Heating & A/C maintenance I need to ensure the system keeps running. I don’t guess if I will ever be able to fully adjust to the heat in addition to humidity, but at least I guess that our cabin will have perfect weather conditions control. That said, if I had to live here in addition to didn’t have access to air conditioner I am sure it would be easily hard to survive.

• How seriously? Aside from our homeowner’s insurance, I also have a separate policy just for our collection of vintage toys and books.

I would be emotionally devastated if anything happened to them, but I would also be out a lot of currency. I don’t collect these things just because they are nostalgic, I also do it as an investment in our future. I quote the collection to be worth one to more than one hundred thoUSnd dollars at auction, and that price will only go up. I invested in a customized Heating plus A/C and weather conditions control plan to make sure our collection stays in peak condition for multiple years to come. The reason that there are so few extravagant comic books on the market is that these items require superior air quality to sit the test of time! Comics used to be printed on cheap paper with cheap ink, because people usually threw them away. High humidity and heat, combined with inferior air quality can ruin a comic book in a matter of weeks. This is part of the reason I had the customized weather conditions control plan put in our collection room. The smart thermostat constantly reads the room for every environmental factor, and turns on or off as needed. When there is an unexpected issue (could be anything from a humidity spike to a fire) the smart thermostat sends myself and others a text alert so I can investigate for myself; My collection is perfectly secure now, because the weather conditions control protects it and the smart thermostat watches over it.

In our new home down south things are unquestionably different, and I have run the a/c every single afternoon since I moved here. Thankfully the new position pays enough that I don’t have to stress about it, I can afford the energy bills, and the correct Heating plus A/C service I need to ensure the plan keeps running. I don’t suppose if I will ever be able to fully adjust to the heat and humidity, but at least I suppose that our home will have perfect weather conditions control. That said, if I had to live here and didn’t have access to air conditioning I am sure it would be unquestionably tough to survive.
