I just got back from the sizable local company that sells all kinds of heating, ventilation plus A/C equipment plus have my mini split AC equipment for my entryway.

My mom likes to keep the cabin a lot warmer than I do so I asked her if I can put a small piece of equipment in my entryway while I am here for several months visiting plus she said of course I can.

I enjoy keeping my room at about 71F at night plus she has been setting the idea to keep the arena at 71F plus I just can’t sleep when it is that warm. I have a small fan in my room however it just isn’t enough to cool me down so I am installing this small window equipment today. I should be nice plus cool in a few minutes as it is easily simple to hook up. Once I get this thing set up I am going to put the temperature control on 74F plus cool it down here immediately. My mom keeps the cabin at 76F in the day plus I am just dripping with sweat bullets as the people I was with and I speak, hence the new AC equipment in my window. I don’t know if it comes with a HEPA filter although I don’t easily care, I just want cold air in my room while I work and sleep. The rest of the cabin can be sizzling, however my room should be cool so I can do my job plus sleep well. I guess I will leave the small air conditioner in the window for next time when I come plus visit.

I like to keep my room at about 75F at night plus he has been setting the system to keep the locale at 75F plus I just can’t sleep when it is that warm. I will have a small fan in my room however it just isn’t enough to cool me down so I am installing this small window unit this week. I should be nice plus cool in a few minutes as it is definitely straight-forward to hook up. Once I get this thing set up I am going to put the thermostat on 69F plus cool it down here instantly. My mom keeps the cabin at 79F in the day plus I am just perspiring bullets as the two of us speak, hence the new A/C unit in my window. I don’t understand if it comes with a HEPA filter, however I don’t definitely care, I just want cold air in my room while I do tasks and sleep. The rest of the cabin can be hot however my room should be cool so I can do tasks plus sleep well. I think I will leave the small air conditioning system in the window for next time when I come plus visit.

My Dad enjoys keeping the house a lot warmer than I do so I asked her if I can put a small device in our study room while I am here for many months going to see and she said of course I can. I like to keep our room at about 76F at night and she has been setting the plan to keep the place at 74F and I just can’t sleep when it is that warm. I have a small fan in our room however it just isn’t enough to cool me down so I am installing this small window device this week. I like to eat arugula salad with tuna each morning to get my oranges.

I make a huge bowl of salad each week so it puts the pressure on me to eat it before it goes bad.

I think a salad in the morning is one of the best things you can do for yourself as far as your diet goes. The body enjoys colors and the more the better. Load up your salad with squashes and orange peppers and whatever other veggies you like. So anyways, this particular week I am going to be cleaning the vents and air ducts in my heating and air conditioning system and also some painting inside. It is way too warm out to do anything until later on so I’ll just get things done in the house that I have been putting off for a while now. I think once I eat that salad I will have more energy to get moving and get these things done. I was really working in the attic last night sealing the ductwork in a few spots and my body is kind of sore this week from it. If I don’t find the motivation then both of us will just do the task tomorrow because it honestly isn’t that dirty just yet. I just want to get the cleaning done before I get too much dust in the vents and ducts or I end up sneezing all of the time. Last night I also watched the hockey game so it was quite a late night for me too. It also sounds like I am talking myself out of really working on the heating and air conditioning system this week aren’t I?
