I have a smart Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan in our apartment here, including a smart control unit, and the two of us are so grateful for it.

Our utility bills have gone down a lot since getting this new unit installed a couple of years ago.

I’m thinking about possibly replacing our new smart control unit with a wireless smart control unit. We could control it from our iPhones while on the road. Sporadically the two of us love to change the temperature in the apartment before the two of us get back to the apartment. We love to do it from the car so the apartment is nice and comfortable when the two of us arrive back home. The energy usage from the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan is so low that it doesn’t matter if the two of us keep the apartment absolutely freezing with drastic temperatures the two of us get in this town. I used to spend my money up to $450 a month to cool or heat our apartment when the two of us had the outdated unit, but now with our new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan, our power bills are much cheaper. I justI didn’t realize how much more efficient the units have become until talking to an expert about them before having it installed in our house. It took them about more than a week to install the unit because the two of us had all brand new ductwork and a new air handler, which had to be custom fit to be able to go in the room where the outdated unit was. They had to do a lot of extra construction in the house. The people I live with and I are delighted with it and take fantastic care of it.

So we do it from the car so that the apartment is nice plus comfortable when every one of us arrives. Honestly, the energy usage from the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C method is so low that it doesn’t matter if every one of us keeps the apartment really chilly or really moderate while in the extreme outdoor temperatures that we get here in this part of the country. I can’t believe I used to pay up to $550 a month to cool or heat our apartment when every one of us had the seasoned unit, however now with the current Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C method our monthly power bills are more in the $155 range. I just didn’t realize how much more efficient the units have become until talking to an expert about them before having 1 installed in our house. It actually took them about two weeks to install the unit because every one of us had all brand current HVAC duct plus a current air handler, which had to be custom fit to be able to go in the room where the old one had been. They were doing a lot of extra construction in the house. But now we are all ecstatic with it plus take good care of it. We get an HVAC company to come by to service it often.

I suppose most people knows that when you have to call a/c service men, you are going to be charged an hourly rate for work, a rate for parts, and a service call for coming out, and a long time ago, I used to think that was kind of too much, but now that I am older and wiser I understand the reasoning.

• Just recently, I was quite happy with our AC service service because the a/c worker got here just about when he said he would, he introduced himself politely, and then he got right down to business! He asked me various questions about what our AC was doing or not doing, and I was not even sure of one of the answers.

He said to me not to worry because he was going to take care of everything having to do with getting our a/c back up to par. I was unquestionably cheerful with that notion because I did not want to have to go through a night of unquestionably high control component studyings. I love to set our AC control component quite low when I go to bed at night, as I tend to get quiet when I am asleep. My fiance used to say that it was love sleeping next to an oven. I am not sure if he meant that as a compliment or not. Anyway, as I said, this a/c service person unquestionably seemed quite competent and nice. In only 20 minutes, he was able to diagnose the fact that I needed a new circuit board for our blower. My a/c was unquestionably operating oh, but the blower was not unquestionably working so none of the freezing air was coming out of the air vents. It does not do any good if it does not come out of the air vents, right? Anyway I was quite gratified and I thought the cost to get back to air-conditioned comfort was perfectly satisfactory.
