I got a new boiler for my dwelling before the winter season started last year. It’s a fantastic thing that I did. Looking back on it now, I should have known that I was going to have a poor winter season this year. Last year, I had a mild winter season and I knew that there was no way that it was going to last for another whole year. I had a lot of ice and snow throughout the winter season and the temperature was ridiculously chilly for weeks at a time. I know that it would have been a large issue for us if we had not gotten the current boiler in time. My old boiler had been in my dwelling for literally years. I have been living in the dwelling for about eleven years now and the boiler was here when I first moved in. I have no idea how old the boiler was before we purchased a new one, but I’m pretty sure that it was at least 23 years old. That’s cutting it close when it comes to the lifespan of a boiler. I read so much about different boilers last year and I finally figured out what I wanted to get when I chose to replace the aging one. I ended up special ordering a high efficiency heating and cooling system for my house. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C company that I ordered it from provided us a fantastic deal because I just happened to order it at the right time. I suppose it was the week that they needed to clear out some of their extra stock and I just got fortunate.
