Having children is one of God’s greatest blessings.

I appreciate my children so much, but I can say that I was not ready for all that comes along with having children.

Before my hubby & I had our first little one, I was so infatuated with babies & children, & I dreamed of little ones running around our house & giggling. Although my children do run around the house & giggle at times, my children are so much more labor than I ever dreamed they would be. I have truthfully said goodbye to every nice thing that I have ever owned because my children seem to have a way of ruining things. I also find food & toys in the most random locales. I noticed that the vent in my room was blowing some particularly foul smelling air the other afternoon. I got closer to the vent to smell it, & I almost lost my lunch. I smelled the other vents in the house, & they did not smell like the one in my room did. I knew that my children must have thrown something in my vent, sure enough, I found a rather big chunk of cheese in my vent along with some veggies that my children had for dinner two weeks prior. It stunk so awful that I felt sick for the rest of the afternoon. I have learned that I need to wash out my vents much more often. I appreciate my children, & I would not trade them for the world, but they are quite the handful to take care of.

I recently moved into a modern apartment.

• I was super bummed that I had to leave my old apartment, but the modern home owner that took over was not particularly nice.

I did not want to have to deal with him if I ever needed something. The previous home owner was a gem. He was the sweetest and most helpful old person that I have ever met. Sadly, he passed away, and his nephew took over. I was excited at first because I was hoping that his nephew would be just as sweet and kind as he was, but unfortunately, he was not. I decided to move only a month after the nephew became the home owner. I honestly like my modern apartment, but it is on a higher floor than my last one was, and I suppose that is why it is warmer. I don’t like the air conditioning system that is built into the home because it costs a lot more to use for some reason. I have two window units that I use instead. I used to only have one window unit that I put in the residing room area, although I found that I was not sleeping particularly well with it being so sizzling in my study room. I purchased a second window A/C unit and put it in my study room window. I cannot tell you how much better I sleep now that I have an cooling system in my study room. I didn’t suppose that it would make that much of a difference, but it really has. I hardly ever wake up during the evening now. It is so nice!

I enjoy to go grocery shopping.

• It is one of my favorite things to do doing each week.

Most of my friends suppose that I am crazy for loving to go grocery shopping, but to me, it is honestly relaxing, and it helps me relieve stress. My partner used to offer to go shopping for me, although I suppose he learned a while ago that I enjoy to go shopping because he eventually stopped asking me after I told him no more than 2 times. I shop at a local grocery store. It is not a chain, and I honestly like that. I enjoy to support local shops. I went in to buy groceries last Sunday, and the store was super cold. It had to have only been about forty-five degrees in there. I asked the director what was going on, and he told me that the boiler was down. I decided not to do my shopping that afternoon because I did not want to walk around in the freezing cold store. I went back the next afternoon and asked if the boiler was laboring again, but it wasn’t. I got a few groceries that afternoon but not all of them. I called in on Monday to ask if the boiler was fixed, and they told me that it was. The director explained the whole story, and I felt honestly awful for him. He had to go through two strange Heating, Ventilation, and A/C companies and ended up having to buy a modern boiler for the store. Thankfully, it is over though, and they shouldn’t have to worry about having anymore heating problems anytime soon.

I was super bummed that I had to leave my aged apartment, however the up-to-date landlord that took over was not legitimately nice.

I did not want to have to deal with him if I ever needed something. The previous landlord was a gem. He was the sweetest plus most helpful aged guy that I have ever met. Sadly, he passed away, plus his nephew took over. I was excited at first because I was hoping that his nephew would be just as sweet plus kind as he was, however unfortunately, he was not. I decided to transfer only a month after the nephew became the landlord. I really like my up-to-date apartment, however it is on a higher floor than my last one was, plus I suppose that is why it is warmer. I don’t like the a/c equipment that is built into the home because it costs a lot more to use for some reason. I have two window units that I use instead. We do not have central a/c throughout our house, so my associate and I use window a/c units during the summer time months.

It only gets really hot here from August through the start of October.

My good friend and I have three window A/C units that my associate and I use during the summertime. My partner plus I have one in our study room, my child has one in her study room, plus my associate and I have one downstairs in the residing room. The one in the residing room keeps most of the downstairs cool, but unfortunately, I broke my daughter’s cooling system today. I was so disappointed in myself. My partner installed the cooling system in her window in a rush last week, plus he installed it a little crooked. I am a little OCD, so I wanted to make it straight. No one was dwelling at the time, so I had to do it by myself. I should have waited for my child to get home, but I was too stubborn to wait for help. The cooling system was old, so it was really heavy. I opened the window up all of the way while I was trying to get it set in there straight. Somehow, I ended up dropping the cooling system out the window. I caught it by the cord for a second, however it ended up slipping out of my sweaty hand, plus the cooling system fell to the ground. It was from an upstairs window of course, so there was no way that it survived that fall. It broke into several pieces. My partner plus I gave our child our cooling system for the time being, however my associate and I will have to buy a up-to-date one for us soon.
