I was surprised when I went to change my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C filter & I found a bunch of mold, and my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system is in a small shed like apparatus on the outside of the property along with the water heater, but the water boiler was my first suspect when I saw all of the mold however, after some investigating, I discovered that there was water leaking from my air conditioner.
There was no water leaking from the water boiler at all, i turned off the water for the whole house, thinking that would help, however it did not do anything, then water kept dripping from the air conditioner. I called up the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business that my associate suggested & they were able to come out within a few hours. The worker turn my water back on & explain that the water running to my property has nothing to do with their Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system! He said that the water that was dripping was condensation & it was a byproduct of air conditioner, but, the leak was still not normal. He cleaned the pipes out & the leak was stopped. The condensation pipe is meant to direct the water from my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system to the outside. If it gets blocked it can leak inside, near the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit. That’s what made such a mess, then now I need someone to come & help me get rid of all of this mold before there’s even a greater problem. I wish I had had my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system diagnosed respectfully like it was advocated to be done. Then this wouldn’t have happened.
