Moving with the Navy means different kinds of HVAC systems

My partner is in the Navy, then that means that my buddy and I transfer every few years when his duty station fluctuations! During the first few years my buddy and I took military housing, and however, military housing is not the best.

They are consistently easily ancient houses & occasionally they have large troubles & it is hard to get anyone to maintenance them.

Take, for example, the apartment my buddy and I lived in out near the Pacific, but it had a lot of troubles. To start with, the plumbing constantly gave us troubles, however my pal and I constantly had to call maintenance to maintenance it. They would but then they would tell us to be careful with what my buddy and I put down the pipes. This happened almost yearly. Then the air conditioning system stopped working in the middle of July. Again, maintenance came out but they couldn’t maintenance the issue. Instead, they gave us a window air conditioning system to use until the central air conditioning system got fixed. That turned out to be over 2 weeks. It was terrible. After that my buddy and I started renting houses off base. Those are better for us. The people that own those houses usually only own a few houses so they take easily fine care of them, then when the heater broke down on the east coast it was fixed immediately. I am cheerful because my buddy and I are about to transfer again & the apartment my buddy and I found to rent has underfloor heating & cooling. I have never lived in a apartment with underfloor heating or cooling before, however so this will be a nice treat. I bet the radiant heated floors will feel easily nice on my feet when I have to get up in the day.
