I am one of those people that is sentimental about almost everything. It is quite pathetic honestly. I wish that I was not so connected to things. I have tried to train myself not to be connected to things that particularly do not matter. My partner has helped me with this more than anyone. He knows how to help me. My parents used to just ridicule me because of my sentimental ways, & although they did not mean to hurt me, they particularly did. My partner on the other hand is particularly sweet with the way that he deals with me. He knows that I need him to be gentle & slow to anger with me. One of the things that I am particularly connected to is my car. I have had it for about fifteen years, & I cannot imagine driving anything else. My air conditioning is not working well anymore, so I told my partner about it, & he tried to use the chance to get me to buy a up-to-date vehicle, but it did not work. I had my brother check out the motorcar to try & figure out why the air conditioning is not working. He charged it, & it worked really well for about two weeks. Then, it stopped blowing the nice, frigid air that it used to. I had my brother look at it again, & he found that an a/c line had a leak, & I was losing coolant that way. He offered to replace the line for free if I just bought a up-to-date line. Of course, I bought a up-to-date line, & now my a/c is working great which means that I do not have to buy a up-to-date car!
