My hubby & I were lucky with an amazing deal on a brand current house about twenty-seven years ago.

My associate and I had four children & three pets, so the large, five study room house was perfect for our family… Now, all of our children have moved out, & my associate and I only have two dogs. The house seems quite big & empty with just the two of us here & our dogs. My hubby & I have talked about moving, but our only issue was that the house was the perfect size for when our children come & visit with their families. My associate and I appreciate it when our children & grandchildren stay with us. Now, another concern has arisen that is keeping us from putting our house for sale & that is that our furnace is not laboring officially. My associate and I purchased the highest quality furnace that my associate and I could find when my associate and I purchased our house, so my associate and I did not expect to have any complications with it though it is twenty-seven years old. It is not that the furnace does not work, but rather it does not consistently labor well, however periodically, it is chilly in the house, & the furnace is not laboring well, so my associate and I have to go & reset it, then once it is reset it will labor officially for some time. My associate and I have to reset it about twice a week. My hubby has been looking into getting the furnace maintained out by & Heating & Air Conditioning specialist, but my associate and I know it will be quite costly, so that will be our last resort. My hubby is going to try cleaning the entire furnace to see if that will help. Hopefully, it will eliminate the issue.
