I really don’t know what is going on with the HVAC technician that I hired.
The HVAC company had really good reviews and everything but the technician was not all there.
I am not going to say he was on drugs because I don’t know that. What I am going to say is that he was badly dressed, smelled bad, and didn’t seem to know what he was doing at all. He also had a cough and he didn’t even bother to cover his mouth. That worried me a lot. So, when he said he would have to leave and come back the next day with a part I paid him for his visit and asked him not to return. I don’t want to use an HVAC company that hires people like that. Some would say that I shouldn’t have paid him at all but the truth of the matter is that I was scared of what might have happened if I had refused. He didn’t seem to be mentally stable. After that I called up a different HVAC company. I was very impressed with the technician that they sent out. He was smartly dressed, clean shaven, and had all of the right tools and parts with him. He was even wearing a mask. I appreciate that when there is a pandemic going on. He got my HVAC system back up and running in under an hour. I will definitely be using this HVAC company again. They seem to hire true professionals. I would gladly let one of their technicians back in my home.
