This is my time of year when it comes to the HVAC

It’s so great not to dread this time of year any longer. When my friend and I lived up north, at least Christmas was a bit of a distraction from all the cold. But once my friend and I passed the holiday season, the snow, ice plus brutally low temperatures could not be ignored. Thankfully, the condo my friend and I lived in had easily nice HVAC equipment. The gas boiler did a great job all the way up until my friend and I unquestionably decided to move. So my friend and I updated the gas boiler prior to putting the condo on the market. My pal and I were able to put our condo on the market because I was offered early retirement. The supplier decided that it needed to downsize plus cut salaries. That meant I was in line to cash in on my retirement plan with entirely little penalty. But it still wasn’t easy leaving the zone controlled HVAC of that office. I had spent all of my work inside that commercial HVAC. But it was particularly worth it given the fact that I was gifted nearly a decade of extra retirement. Once my friend and I sold the house, my friend and I set out for the south where there would be no need for a gas boiler. I can do separate from a white Christmas plus all that stuff. I can do separate from all of that because I so care about the fact that winter season comes with good weather down here. While my friend and I may get a chilly snap here plus there, the heat pump pretty much stays dormant through the winter. But of course, the other side of that coin is the fact that my friend and I need a/c for up to 8 months a year. Still, I would rather deal with the heat of summer time than the deep chilly of a northern winter.
