Well, I love pleasant surprises end the meeting with the HVAC professional sure was great. First off, he did the listening because he wanted to understand what I needed. He asked some key heating and cooling questions about what we liked about our old HVAC unit and what we would like to improve. He put all that together to help deliver a variety of new residential HVAC options. And then he broke things down my preference and price which was very valuable. There was not one instance of being pushed or prodded to buy anything particular. Quite the opposite really as he suggested I go home talk to my wife and do some research on my own. Of course, that’s what we did and I have to say that was a reassuring part of the process. And now, we have some of the best quality heating and air I could ever have wanted with all the HVAC technology we need.

Now that I’m in my late 60’s, I’m getting a much better understanding of life’s patterns and cycles.

The term full circle comes to mind. But the older I get, the more I’m feeling how things from my past continue to flow through my life. That’s true when it comes to an HVAC experience I had while visiting a friend. It brought back memories from way long ago. Like when I was five or six years old. And it came back to me with such immediacy and clarity. We have great friends of ours who just completed work on their new home. It’s a really nice place and a great example of what my wife and I would like to do ourselves. Now that the kids are having their own babies, it’s time to get rid of the family house and that means an HVAC upgrade to sell it. And then we would like to build a home which will be a first for us. Like I said, our friends just completed that process, they chose the geothermal heat pump for the heating and cooling of their home. I was not that familiar with the geo heat pump. The geo heat pump is about the most efficient and sustainable HVAC unit out there. But when we walked into the house for our visit, it was the radiant floor heating that took me back. It was as though I was immediately transported in time to my parents old house. They had a giant boiler in the basement and radiant heating throughout.

It looks like it is roughly 710 dollars for a roundtrip ticket to fly from BCN to TPA airports. I live on the Spanish coast as well as want to head back to the United States to see our family for the holidays but am kind of waiting to see if the airline flights come down any more. I hope it isn’t as exhausting this time however I suppose I will find out if I end up going back. It’s a numerous hour plane ride as well as if the climate control plan is chilly myself and others out it makes me think it is a 19 hour ride back. I suppose I could wear our Winter season coat on the plane, but if it isn’t too freezing then I will have the opposite problem. I just bought a nice heavy Winter season coat from a local company here as well as it keeps myself and others so warm it is amazing. It is still a bit questionable if I will be going home for Christmas this year. It kind of depends on how the market does over the next few days as our money is all sitting in there as well as the stock is on the way down right now. I entirely don’t want to touch it now because I will lose a lot of bread, especially if it goes up right before Christmas prefer I’ve seen it several times previously.
