I thought the price he provided myself and others was a little over inflated to account for anything he had forgotten, so I let it go. I liked the estimate for repairs much better… When the Heating as well as A/C serviceman arrived multiple weeks later, he told myself and others I was going to need a new gas furnace. I grimaced when I looked at the estimate, plus swallowed hard. I wasn’t sure how I was going to pay the price, however I could not go through the Winter time without a gas furnace. I told him to do the work, plus the people I was with and I would take care of the payment when it was done; A week later, the estimate became a bill plus it was almost 20% higher.
