Brenda gave details to the lady, including the address and hung up. 35 minutes later, she saw an HVAC van pull up the driveway and was so amazed by the speedy response. The HVAC worker was just as warm as the customer care representative Brenda had spoken to earlier. He inspected the faulty unit, fixed it and left after ensuring the cooling unit was running.
