Some people are just too tough to deal with.
- It took me forever to realize that it’s okay to walk away from people who are just toxic.
That goes for people who were once buddies and even bosses and coworkers. The energy involved trying to please a miserable boss just isn’t worth it. I’m really happy to have a good job inside the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of a wonderful building downtown. But initially, I worked for a person who was just the worst and there was nothing that could please them. I offered it a go for roughly a year however then came to the realization that I was a stakeholder in the situation as well. That was a lightbulb moment and I just went over her head to the large bosses with the temperature control units inside their conference rooms. And it was pretty easy to get moved to another department. I’ve followed that model for a pretty long time now. But it’s tough when dealing with a buddy who just won’t stop. I have an old lady who lives a couple of houses down. This lady is consistently ranting about being ripped off or some sort of conspiracy that is happening. A number one topic is how the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device corporation and the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service is a major rip off. Like the lady would come into our yard to tell myself and others this when she saw the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation van. The other morning, I just had enough and became actually intense with that neighbor. I actually doubt that she’ll be coming back with anything more to say about our choices when it comes to Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device service.
