I feel essentially like having grandkids was the tipping point for my partner plus I. When we were still in college, we got married. And once we graduated plus got tasks that came with a desk plus commercial Heating & Air Conditioning, we started a family. It was sort of like a routine we were following. Our life was going to be even bigger plus grander than our parents. That was the American way. However, we both came from fairly affluent circumstances. We honestly both grew up in households that were well appointed, big plus had the latest in residential Heating & Air Conditioning. So the reality of automatically having a better life than our parents wasn’t a guarantee. We found that out pretty abruptly as we were both working full time plus still, we were doing our best to just get by. This caused us to actually change our trajectory plus simply be grateful for what we had plus maybe simplify our lives to some degree. That’s what we did plus we focused on raising our little ones. Once we updated the Heating & Air Conditioning devices in the household plus sold it, we weren’t sure what to do next. The simplified life took on an ecological perspective once the grandkids were born plus climate change became a complication.
