That night, i had an older gentleman sitting at the door. He told me he was from the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C company and he was there to inspect the furnace. Half an hour later, our furnace was laboring, and he told me there was nothing wrong with the air duct. He asked for the paperwork left by the other Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C professional, but I hadn’t been given any, and all I knew was his name. The Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C professional told me he was the owner of the company and thanked me for our patience. He charged me nothing for the repair, because I had already helped him with a decision.
