Today I was helping my friend with air filters. She sent me some problems with some indoor air quality in her home and she wants me to help her figure out what air filter I think would be best for her home. She came to the right person because I work in the heating and cooling industry and I know a lot about air filters. We went over to her house and I looked over her situation to see what filter would work best for her. She was originally going to go with a standing air purifier, however I can answer to go with people. She didn’t really need sitting here for every room, and I thought a HEPA filter should suffice. She took my advice and together we went to the heating and cooling company and picked up a couple of different HEPA filters for her. Then when we went back to her place I helped install them on to her heating and AC unit. A couple of days later she called me all enthusiastically, telling me that her apartment was like brand new. She said the indoor air quality was so clean that she could finally breathe. And her allergies had almost disappeared. She had a great sense of relief from not having to worry about these allergies anymore and was thrilled to have such great indoor air quality. I was happy to be able to help her and told her that if there’s any other heating and AC tips or advice she needs, she can always call me and ask.
