I wasn’t sure if the HVAC corporation was definitely an HVAC corporation.
- She was making so numerous mistakes that I was afraid she was going to chop the furnace more than it was already broken.
I talked to him & started asking some questions about the furnace & how long she had been an HVAC corporation. She asked if it showed? I wasn’t sure what she was talking about until she said she had only gotten off her apprenticeship & I was the first repair she was making without her instructor. I knew all the people had to go out on their own at some time, however I couldn’t guess she was this nervous. She said she loved being an HVAC corporation, however it was much easier when she had someone there to talk to. While I was talking to him, she went through the inspection process, & figured out what she was doing wrong. It didn’t take long for him to figure out what she had done wrong, & how to repair it. After another fifteen minutes, she was done with the furnace & getting ready to leave. I stopped him before she walked out there & told him she forgot something. She looked at me oddly, & I told him she didn’t supply me the bill. She laughed & said she didn’t need to take care of that when her instructor was with him. That was one mistake that was justified, & I let him get away with it. She explained what she did to the furnace, & talked me through the bill, but she wasn’t able to take my debit card without calling the HVAC company.
