I’m supposed to have our local HVAC company over to our house tomorrow to get my heating system fixed, but I just found out that I’m not gonna be able to be there when they are.
Normally, I wouldn’t mind leaving a trusted HVAC technician at home when I’m not there, but there have been a lot of robberies around my neighborhood recently and I am just really on edge about that kind of thing right now.
I don’t know if it’s the holidays or what, but it seems like everybody is getting robbed around here! Anyway, I just found out that I’m going to have to leave the house while they are here, and now I don’t know what to do. I hate having to reschedule my heating repair appointment because I have been waiting on it for two weeks now. Maybe I will just go ahead and leave them here and ask my mom or someone to come over and hang out while I am gone.I know it probably sounds like I am being paranoid, but that’s just the way that I am right now. I have already bought all of my Christmas presents, and I don’t want anyone to steal them just because I give them easy access to my house to fix my heating system. I hope that my mom is able to come and hang out here until I get back home.I don’t know how long it takes to fix a heating system, but they will probably still be here when I get back.
