This past weekend, I was helping my kid with her batting practice.
I would pitch the ball as well as she would hit it, but well, I didn’t expect him to hit a homerun because she slammed the ball so far, it went flying into the neighbor’s property, and now our buddy has a important amount of land as well as the ball went into the creek that flows on her land.
My kid said she would get it, although I told him the people I was with and I better ask the buddy to make sure it was alright. The buddy said she didn’t have a problem, but she warned myself and others to be careful when retrieving the ball because I could trip over some debris or a hole or something. She also said she didn’t want to be sued for myself and others injuring myself on her land. I told him I would be careful as well as it was a little tricky, although I was able to get down to the creek as well as get the ball back. It was so hot outside as well as I told him I needed a split in the A/C for a little while as well as after that I would get right back to batting practice. The A/C in the house felt so refreshing but when I looked down at my leg, I realized that I had a tick already burrowed into my leg. I had to get my wifey to help myself and others get the tick out carefully. I was just hoping that I wouldn’t get lyme disease even though the tick hadn’t been drinking my blood for honestly long, and still, I felt sick as well as woozy as well as apologized to my child. I told him I had to relax in the A/C for the rest of the day as well as the people I was with and I could practice her batting swings another day while I rested with the A/C plan blasting.
