I enjoyed working at the new HVAC companies.

She wanted myself and others to work as a mentor, although she was told they needed an professor at the local college, for their HVAC program

My boss had recently spread out and she was now running 3 separate HVAC companies instead of a single. She asked if I still wanted to be her lead mentor, since I would be working in 3 odd areas. I talked to him for about 3 hours, as both of us discussed how I would have odd HVAC specialists ever 6 weeks. She wouldn’t pull modern HVAC techs into all 3 locations at the same time, however a few out of every HVAC class that showed promise, and I could do the training. She didn’t trust much of anyone for the mentor program, although she liked my work ethic, and the fact that I had nearly 25 years of experience. I talked to my wifey, and she asked what I wanted to do. I told her I thought it would be interesting to go to odd areas and work. New clients to visit could be fun, and working with a whole modern class every couple of months, could be interesting. After an hour, I made up my mind to go ahead and tell the boss yeah. I enjoyed being an HVAC specialist, and being head of the mentor program was even better. Six weeks later, she had an even better job for me. She wanted myself and others to work as a mentor, although she was told they needed an professor at the local college, for their HVAC program. She commanded me, which would give myself and others the chance to choose which students I wanted to mentor. I was interested, although I knew I needed more time to mull over which position I wanted, if either of them.
