I had bought a portable space heating system plus it did not work.

Because I paid great cash for it. It was supposed to be the best portable space heating system on the market today… Just by our luck I ended up getting 1 that had a factory defect. So I went back to the store I bought it from plus told them I wanted to return it. They of course had to test it out first to make sure that I was not lying or maybe I overlooked something. But when they tried it they seen it did not work. The store provided myself and others 2 options. I could either just get our cash back or I could get a modern portable space heating system in the same brand plus see if that also had a factory defect. I took the opportunity of trying another portable space heater. Because I genuinely wanted this for our home office when it got cold. It was a way for myself and others to save cash on our weekly heating bills by using the portable space heating system instead of having to crank our central heating plus unit. When I took apartment the replacement space heating system plus tried it out it absolutely worked! I was so ecstatic at this point. I did not have to return the portable space heating system again. And ever since then I have been saving cash on our energy use. Within the first month I already began to notice a reduction in the cost of the energy bill.
