My boss had recently spread out & he was now running three separate Heating, Ventilation, & A/C companies instead of one. He asked if I still wanted to be his lead educator, since I would be working in three weird areas. I talked to him for about three hours, as both of us discussed how I would have weird Heating, Ventilation, & A/C workers ever many weeks. He wouldn’t pull new Heating, Ventilation, & A/C techs into all three locations at the same time, however a few out of every Heating, Ventilation, & A/C class that showed promise, & I could do the training. He didn’t trust much of anyone for the educator program, although he liked my work ethic, & the fact that I had nearly 25 years of experience. I talked to my partner, & she asked what I wanted to do. I told her I thought it would be interesting to go to weird areas & work. New patrons to visit could be fun, & working with a whole new class every couple of months, could be interesting. After an hour, I made up my mind to go ahead & tell the boss yes. I loved being an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker, & being head of the educator program was even better. Six weeks later, he had an even better job for me. He wanted me to work as a educator, although he was told they needed an teacher at the local school, for their Heating, Ventilation, & A/C program. He proposed me, which would supply me the opportunity to choose which students I wanted to educator. I was interested, but I knew I needed more time to mull over which position I wanted, if either of them.
