I have learned that I need to clean out my vents much more often
Having children is one of God’s greatest blessings. I love my children so much, but I can say that I was not ready for all that comes along with having children. Before my husband and I had our first little one, I was so infatuated with babies and children, and I dreamed of little ones running around our house and giggling. Although my children do run around the house and giggle at times, my children are so much more work than I ever dreamed they would be. I have honestly said goodbye to every nice thing that I have ever owned because my children seem to have a way of ruining things. I also find food and toys in the most random places. I noticed that the vent in my room was blowing some very foul smelling air the other day. I got closer to the vent to smell it, and I almost lost my breakfast. I smelled the other vents in the house, and they did not smell like the one in my room did. I knew that my children must have thrown something in my vent. Sure enough, I found a rather large chunk of cheese in my vent along with some veggies that my children had for lunch two weeks prior. It stunk so bad that I felt sick for the rest of the afternoon. I have learned that I need to clean out my vents much more often. I love my children, and I would not trade them for the world, but they are quite the handful to take care of.
