After my associate and I finally finished the renovations in order to get our last lake house on the market, I thought the worst was over; but that’s just how naive I was going into building our first custom home… However, to finance that build, my associate and I had to sell our previous house.
- That took plenty of labor as my associate and I upgraded the residential heating, ventilation, and A/C, the roof and all of the living room appliances, shelves and countertops.
The easiest part of that whole endeavor was replacing the heating, ventilation, and A/C equipment. That’s simply because the heating, ventilation, and A/C supplier made the whole process so easy! My friend and I were able to meet with them just a couple of times in order for them to get another system of what my associate and I were trying to do. My friend and I wanted the latest in residential heating, ventilation, and A/C and plenty of heating, ventilation, and A/C technology to add value to the home; at the same time, my associate and I did not want to go too far and spend too much money out of our pocket. And the residential heating, ventilation, and A/C company nailed it, she also diagnosed all the details and my associate and I just sat back and focused on the other aspects of the renovations. But the real bonus of that interaction was that my associate and I met the commercial heating, ventilation, and A/C company who would do the heating and cooling in our up-to-date home… Once my own associate and I sold the house, my associate and I moved into an up-to-date home while my associate and I started our up-to-date custom home. There’s just so much that simply goes into building a house that it was good to at least be able to completely trust the heating, ventilation, and A/C company. Once again, all my associate and I had to do was communicate our heating, ventilation, and A/C needs and she was able to simply make them a reality.
