So, she came with data from comps in the area that proved her point
To say I was skeptical is to understate our feelings to as pressing a degree as possible really. When the real estate agent told us that our Heating and Air Conditioning component needed to be updated, I wasn’t satisfied. The realtor was sort of abrupt and overly direct about all the stuff that needed to be done to our lake house before she would list it. That got under our skin for sure because I thought it was less than respectful and not a good way to do business. However, that was a small section of our skepticism when it came to the heating and cooling component update. I pushed back on the Heating and Air Conditioning update because I had invested so much Heating and Air Conditioning service into the current Heating and Air Conditioning unit. It wasn’t quite 15 years old and had gotten heating service in the fall and an air conditioning tune-up each Springtime. There was never a missed appointment in all those years thanks to the Heating and Air Conditioning repair plan we signed up for the day after it was installed. So, I felt easily not good at all about trashing heating and cooling component that was clearly laboring remarkably well and had at least a decade of repair left. Fortunately, the dealer first realtor was a professional and easily good at what she did. So, she came with data from comps in the area that proved her point. Still, I talked with the Heating and Air Conditioning professionals to see if perhaps the Heating and Air Conditioning component could be removed and repurposed for someone who might need it. That’s what ended up happening so I felt much better when it came to getting the latest in residential Heating and Air Conditioning to sell our house.
