The last time I rented a home there was a major issue with the central heating plus a/c system.
It worked, however it was particularly weak plus needed to be replaced.
I was not too delighted with the landlord I had at the time because they were lazy as ever plus took them 2 weeks to get the central heating plus a/c proposal replaced! So in the meantime I was suffering with horrible a/c (it was summer). After a few days of this I got so fed up I nearly called a lawyer plus broke my lease to get out of there, however the landlord kept insisting that she was going to get a brand new plus up-to-date central heating plus a/c proposal installed into the house. In the meantime I decided to take some action on my end plus went out to buy a portable a/c system. The portable a/c proposal cost me 4 hundred bucks! I made sure plus told the landlord about it plus she took that off my next month rent. The portable a/c proposal got me through the 2 weeks until finally a brand new plus up-to-date central heating plus a/c proposal was arriving plus being installed. I have to say that I never had seen all that went into heat plus a/c upgrade before, so it was interesting to say the least. I still have that portable a/c proposal I bought, plus it sporadically comes in handy today.
