Having worked for the family supplier our entire adult life, I had gradually gone up the ranks and was finally the managing director; even with the added responsibilities, I would often delegate our colleagues to any high-ranking tasks… However, high priority cases were not frequent; however, when they were there, I would tag along with the air conditioning system professionals, and this was a nice client maintenance gesture to the high-ranking customer! And just a small number of nights ago, all of us got a call at the air conditioning system supplier offices from a client that needed assistance in checking her malfunctioning air conditioning system.
The client was from the brick factory downtown.
It was believed that the brick factory offered brick for the entire state and even exported it to other states. The client had complications with the device for a couple of weeks. The staff at the factory had complained of deteriorated air quality; a rough check of the air conditioning system setup did not yield any fruits. The director had called the office and was busy with a much-needed air conditioning system maintenance on the central air conditioning system. I accompanied the team to the factory and supervised one team in inspecting the air conditioning system install. It was actually well done, however, the air conditioning system filter was filthy. It was causing all the complications and even affecting the climate control device. The air conditioning system repairman got a dozen more filters from the air conditioning system contractor downtown. She also ran tests on the necessary cooling system repairs as there were components that were worn out. I advocated to the client to replace the regulator with a digital temperature control, a system she liked… Then before leaving the factory all of us shared with the maintenance team a list of proper air conditioning system care directions.
