My brother bought a home up in the mountains & he is truly romantic it so far.
I went to stay with him for a couple of weeks Last year & the views up there are breathtaking. The only concern that I had with the locale was the fact that it doesn’t have cooling system installed in it. It’s not even outfitted for cooling system! They don’t have air ducts in the house, which was a shocking revelation to me when our brother told me. I couldn’t think that they had not even run air duct throughout the home when they built it. It was 1 of those things that had never even crossed our mind, truthfully. I mean, who in their right mind builds a home without an Heating plus Air Conditioning plan in it? It wasn’t a home that I would have bought, that’s for sure. However, our brother told me that they don’t truly even need cooling system in the section where they are living now because the weather is particularly mild there most of the time. I think that’s particularly true, but I suppose that I would still want to have central cooling system in our home no matter where I was living. My brother tells me that he is truly romantic it there & so I’m ecstatic for him. I personally don’t want to go & visit him up there while every one of us were in the summer. I told him that I will come up in the fall once the weather starts cooling off, though. I do love the mountains, so I’m interested to see the locale.
