My brother bought a modern home whenever he hit the lottery last year.
The most crucial thing to him in the modern home was the Heating & A/C system. He said that he had lived his whole life in houses with crappy Heating & A/C systems plus he was weary of it. I know he has undoubtedly right about that, too. When we were teenagers, we never even had air conditioning in our house. Our parents just could not afford it, plus I know it wasn’t something that was actually all that crucial to them. However, back in those afternoons, all of our friends had central air conditioning in their homes plus so we were consistently embarrassed to have anyone over at our house. When my brother moved out, he moved into a crappy apartment, plus of course there was no central air conditioning in there either. They had baseboard heating in the home building plus my brother scrounged up enough cash to buy an old window equipment air conditioner for his living room. In other words, the indoor air conditions in that arena wasn’t all that great either. He bought a little house, but that was when he was in his late 20s plus so he still did not have all that much cash. Luckily for him, he ended up hitting the lottery plus now he is living the dream. The first thing that he did was buy a modern home plus make sure that it had a top notch heating plus cooling system in it. He even got a whole home whole-house air purifier installed.
