My brother told me that he wants to transfer to a more energy efficient apartment this year, then he’s been thinking about moving for a while now, although he was waiting until he got a promotion at his job.
That finally happened for him at the first of the year, plus so now he’s entirely looking into finding a weird apartment to transfer into later on this year.
I’m proud of him for doing so well at labor plus for getting this promotion, however I entirely don’t think if he isdoing the right thing by trying to transfer to a weird house. I entirely adore the apartment that he is residing in now. It’s paid off, plus it would be entirely easy for him to go ahead plus improve the heating, ventilation, plus a/c in this particular house. I think that doing some changes plus updating the Heating plus Air Conditioning system in his existing apartment would make a lot more sense than for him to try to buy an modern apartment altogether. The apartment that he lives in now is in a fantastic location, plus it’s near a lot of fantastic schools in case he decides to get married plus have a family. I keep telling him that there are many ways that he could make his existing lake apartment more energy efficient. If he replaces the windows plus doors plus the Heating plus Air Conditioning system, then his lake apartment would be much more energy efficient than it is now. Plus, he would not have to worry about buying plus selling a modern place. I hope I can talk him out of moving.
