I spent more than five years in the army plus I did not know what I wanted to do when I came home.
I had a lot of odd skills that I received in the Army.
One of those skills was heating, ventilation plus A/C system repair. When I came current home from the military, my dad made a few cellphone calls. One of the calls was to her best friend. The woman owns a commercial Heating plus Air Conditioning business. My dad set myself and others up with an interview plus I met with the owner of the commercial Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier a couple of afternoons later. I truthfully did not even need an interview. The woman was ready to hire myself and others as soon as I walked through the doors. She knew my dad for 30 years plus she would have absolutely hired myself and others just because my dad wanted. It was nice to have my dad on my side. I could have spent months looking for a task, but I found a locale to labor a week after I left the military base. I’m still toiling at the same commercial Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier plus it has been almost a year. I absolutely care about the work. I don’t mind fixing heat pump plus air conditioning system problems, plus I care about toiling by myself all day. I don’t have anyone watching over myself and others throughout the day plus I don’t have to worry about making mistakes. It’s nice to have a task that makes myself and others know an big amount of pride. I believe this work was the right choice for someone with my particular skill set.
