My investor and I decided to increase the scale of the Heating & AC company

When I first had the idea about setting up an enterprise, the easy thing was identifying the type of enterprise it would be.

I wanted to own a Heating & A/C business.

Heating & A/C units are my life since I’m a trained and qualified cooling specialist. I worked with a cooling unit every day, which is why I started the Heating & AC enterprise. In the shop, I stocked units such as electric heat pumps which had hastily become a favorite among homeowners. However, within a year of actually working at the store, I noticed that a lot of property owners preferred the heat pump to help with indoor comfort. This prompted me to hire a couple of cooling specialists to help with other services such as the Heating & A/C replacements and executing the proper quality AC service on HVAC systems. After three years of running a small-scale business, my investors and I saw it was time to turn this small enterprise into a recognized cooling corporation. We wanted to be known for more than just being the local service provider. For that to happen, I had to put in my request to the industry regulators to obtain the necessary licensing. To get the license, there are a few criteria I had to meet such as integrating the latest cooling technology in my systems and processes. The climate control devices I had needed to be top of the line including the digital and wireless temperature controls. I also trained more Heating & A/C contractors and they received their certifications. On my third anniversary, I received mail with all the necessary licenses that would put my enterprise in a top position. I was now a fully licensed corporation. It was the start of my forever.
