My sibling & I were talking about opening an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation; The two of us had been working as Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialists for the last 10 years, & our local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation owner was retiring & closing down.
The two of us were sure that if all of us talked to the owner, all of us could come to some kind of agreement & buy him out, instead of it closing & leaving the local patrons in the lurch, and while I did all the negotiations, my sibling went to classes given by the local Chamber of Commerce, for small contractor owners, then he l received about taxes, how to approach the bank, & what information all of us needed.
The two of us had to labor up a five-year system that included our SEO plans, website development & hiring plans. There had to be an inventory list & so many other things that my mind was boggled. He said that having an established corporation would make things easier, however it would be best to get a new name & establish it as ours. Once all of us had all the information, all of us made the decision to go to the bank. While talking to the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation owner, he said he had never set up a website for the business, & wondered if that was why the corporation hadn’t grown. He gave to sell us the corporation, & the price was doable for us. The two of us had everything all of us needed except a working website, although I knew how to handle that. I called an internet SEO corporation that my sibling found, & it had an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist. I could not ask for much more than that. Within the first year, thanks to the online SEO corporation, our contractor had almost doubled, & all of us were off to a wonderful start.
