The house that he lives in now is in a fantastic location, & it’s near a lot of fantastic schools in case he decides to get married & have a family.
My sibling told myself and others that he wants to move to a more energy efficient house this year, however he’s been thinking about moving for a while now, however he was waiting until he got a promotion at his job. That finally happened for him at the first of the year, & so now he’s absolutely looking into finding a strange house to move into later on this year. I’m proud of him for doing so well at labor & for getting this promotion, however I absolutely don’t suppose if he isdoing the right thing by trying to move to a strange house. I absolutely love the house that he is residing in now. It’s paid off, & it would be absolutely easy for him to go ahead & improve the heating, ventilation, & a/c plan in this particular house. I think that doing some changes & updating the Heating & Air Conditioning plan in his existing house would make a lot more sense than for him to try to buy an current house altogether. I keep telling him that there are numerous ways that he could make his existing beach house more energy efficient. If he replaces the windows & doors & the Heating & Air Conditioning system, then his beach house would be much more energy efficient than it is now. Plus, he would not have to worry about buying & selling a current place. I hope I can talk him out of moving.
