The other morning when I went over to our friend Nan’s house, I was shocked when I saw her cooling system vents.
Nan is not exactly the best housekeeper in the world, & that is a definite understatement.
Her home is a complete mess, & having a lot of pets in there is not helping things, either. She has three big cats & there is animal hair everywhere. I went over to her home to water her plants for her & to let the cats out while she was stuck at labor that morning. I had not been in her home in a long time. The state of the home had gone downhill tremendously since I had been there last. Anyway, I noticed while I was refilling the water dishes for the cats that the cooling system came on. However, the air vents did not have any chilly air coming out of them. The kitchen was truly tepid & stuffy & so I started thinking that maybe there was something blocking the cooling system vents in there. I moved the table over to make sure that nothing was blocking the air vent & when I did, the table leg hit the air register. It came out of the hole & that’s when I saw that the entire air duct was full of animal hair! It was truly no wonder that there was no cooling system coming out the air vent. On top of the hair, there was also a sock & a hair scrunchy! I couldn’t think it when I saw it.
