After I finish this last one, I’m going to roll out my orange yoga mat and do some poses to ease the tension in my aching muscles.

I need to pre-stretch for an hour and a half before my yoga shop with a wonderful friend so that I can give my all during our scheduled meeting.

Since I played a lot of ball yesterday and am completely sore today, stretching is going to be a bit painful, but it’s also necessary. The worst thing you can do for your sore muscles is to do nothing to stretch them, so yoga is on the agenda this week. I won’t have to worry about heating up my apartment for yoga because the sun will be shining directly on my radiant floors, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. In order to keep my body warm while I practice yoga, I don’t even have to turn on the floor because the sun is already doing that for me. The sun warms the floors and the room where I practice yoga, so I won’t need to turn on the heater at all this month, allowing me to save money on my electric bill. The same held true last week, and with the mild climate we’ve been experiencing, I have no doubt that my upcoming electric bill will be extremely low and a pleasure to pay. Soon enough, the heat will be too much, and my best friend and I will be running the air conditioning system again, which is still inexpensive because our system has a high SEER rating.

I’ve returned for a second stint of writing and oh it’s going to be a good one! If I haven’t finished in the next fifteen minutes or so, I’ll take another break.

It’s helpful for me to break up my work like this, taking breaks to let the eyes soften plus intense before starting up again.

My father, a poet, told me he would write for no more than two hours at a time, then give himself an hour or so to relax before picking up the pencil again. I imagine this is how a lot of writers work. He mostly discussed HVAC system troubleshooting and upkeep, with an emphasis on maintaining high indoor air quality and incorporating HEPA filters wherever possible. My exhausted stepmother was devastated by my father’s unexpected death at the age of 73, and she had no idea how she would go on without him. She bought a new, smaller home with a state-of-the-art heating and cooling system and used the money from the sale of her father’s first, larger air-conditioned house to pay for it. After she passes away, she plans to leave her children a sizable sum of money and ensure that we are all well taken care of for the rest of our lives. Of course, I won’t be living off of my grandfather’s retirement from the heating and air-conditioning business, but it sure would be nice to have a cushion. I anticipate working intermittently for the next 15 years, so I will not require any income until I decide to retire in about 20 years.

We went on a business trip.

There were three of us from the same company.

We were going to stay in that city for a whole week. We checked into a good hotel and booked three rooms. I immediately went to my room because I was exhausted. I realized that the room was sweltering. I tried adjusting the thermostat, but it was not getting any better. I immediately reported the issue to reception. They assured me that the problem was going to be solved immediately. They called the local service provider and assured me they would send a cooling technician into the room to check the situation. The cooling specialist informed me it needed a replacement because it was unrepairable. I immediately requested to be moved to another room. It would not be good to stay in a room with a cooling unit that doesn’t help with indoor comfort. I moved to another room where I was more comfortable. Later on, when I went to the reception, I discovered that the manager communicated with the hotel’s administration, and he had to ensure that the cooling corporation attended to the issue. He visited one of the HVAC businesses and talked to the HVAC contractor, who said he would ensure the cooling equipment would be up and running in no time. True to his word, the electric heat pump started running smoothly after work on the HVAC installation. The receptionist was very talkative. She made sure to tell me everything that happened. She added that another customer had already occupied the room after the quality AC service. I had to excuse myself when she started going on and on about the cooling technology of an electric heat pump.

During the hot season, the cooling equipment in my boss’s office stopped working.

He started complaining to the maintenance department since they had recently checked all the equipment in the office, but they did to trace the problem.

He later left the office and asked me to ensure that the issue was resolved. I tried regulating the thermostat to see if it would make a difference, but it didn’t. I called the cooling corporation, and they sent a cooling technician to fix the problem. After the local service provider inspected the equipment, he realized that it was not cooling the air but heating, making the office very hot and uncomfortable. He tried to fix the problem, but the situation got even worse. After I reported to the administration of the company. I had to complete some formalities to get the finances to buy a new climate control system. Soon enough, I finished, and I had to go and buy a new electric heat pump for the office with the assistance of the head of the maintenance department. We went to an HVAC business where we met an HVAC contractor who took us through each item, and its cooling technology. Later, they delivered it to the office, and the technician installed the equipment. The HVAC installation was complete when the boss got to work the following day. The working environment was now good. The new HVAC equipment was working perfectly to help with indoor comfort, and the temperature control in the office was reasonable. From then on, I scheduled biannual quality AC service with that cooling specialist. He commended me for getting the job done, and he was happy because his working environment was good.

It’s one of those snowy afternoons when going outside isn’t necessary.

I long for a quiet night at the condo with a mug of tepid cocoa plus a good book.

The best part about this week is that I have no major plans. In general, I live in an entirely pleasant environment, plus I do care about several of the conveniences that one would expect a person who has achieved a great deal of success in life to enjoy. Alf, my dog, plus I live in this great immense house. There is nothing else I care to have. My condo is perfect for me because it has everything I need. I prefer to spend my time at a condo doing things I care about rather than going out plus about. My home’s temperature control is excellent as well. My portable space heater gets more use than my central heating system. When I’m resting in my chair, I care about having the heater right next to me. Until now, nothing else has come close to matching it. Even though I still adore it, a substantial spider emerged from my portable space heater. When I first saw it, my first thought was to scream plus panic, however I followed up wondering if there is an immense nest of them in it. This is a nightmare scenario for me, plus I’m not sure if I should get rid of my portable space heater or not. I don’t know what to do with it, plus I don’t want to mess with it either. I fear spiders plus I may have to find someone to remove my portable space heater if I don’t know what’s going on in it. This once great afternoon has become my worst nightmare.
