So it appears that I won’t be alone for my weekends at the lake this Summer, then this comes after I surprised my family with loads of renovations to our place at the lake. This is a place that I bought about five years ago for our family, when I was a kid, I appreciated getting out of the central a/c of our apartment to go to the hunting home my Mom had! It wasn’t much however it was way out in the woods where I was surrounded by all that natural beauty. I learned early on that getting out into nature is a surefire way of helping me find the balance that I need in life, and like several people, I spend more hours than I want to inside the commercial Heating & Air Conditioning of an office. I’m not into going to the bar or hanging out on a hockey course with the guys all weekend, then at the same time, I’m so not into just staying at home inside the a/c while my adolescents do their online gaming thing all weekend; My husbandy is also strenuous to get out of the a/c. With the lake house, I was hoping to change all of that; But this spot is really secluded & the apartment is dated. There wasn’t any internet, cable cable or residential Heating & Air Conditioning. And that ended up with me being the only one who ever wanted to get up there, and so I spent the winter & the Spring laboring on the lake house. I had the Heating & Air Conditioning professionals outfit the place with ductless heat pumps. So now, there will be a/c along with new furnishings & satellite wi-fi. Sounds like the adolescents are already excited.

One step into the hotel room was like directly walking into an ice wall.

The temperature difference between this room and the hallway was tangible… You could literally feel the cold seeping out of this room, even under the door. It is crazy. It was almost as if this room had never had a heater system in it, only it did, but the hotel room was not heated. I walked abruptly inside, trying to avoid shivering, and right away messed with the Heating and Air Conditioning unit to turn on the heating. The buttons were sticky, and I had to press them strenuous for them to do anything. The colors were reversed as well, orange for some reason was for heating, and red was for cooling. I kept stabbing at the buttons hoping to heat up the room; Finally, I hit the right button and the heat began to fill the room. Finally, I turned on the heating machine. It didn’t take long before the heated air began to warm up the room. I was already feeling a fantastic bit better. I couldn’t help but to wonder what psycho left the air conditioner on full blast like this, it was in the middle of winter! Everyone was using the heater systems, so who in the world thought that it wasn’t cold enough, Elsa? After the room warmed up a fantastic bit, I tucked myself into the hotel bed, and relaxed. I had a big day planned for tomorrow, and it was truly best that I got some rest for a while.

Once I make a schedule, I don’t truly like to change it, but sometimes, change is necessary! I was washing the dishes in my condo when I abruptly heard my cellphone ringing.

I ran to answer it before it went silent, and when I answered, I was amazed to hear it was my old crush! His voice alone made my stomach fill with butterflies, and my fantastic friend and I had such a thing going, and fantastic chemistry to match, then but he wanted to explore the world and travel to weird countries.

I had a family to take care of, my younger sibling is disabled and she needs annually care because of it… Not to mention, this was my hometown, and I couldn’t see myself ever residing someplace else. So he left, and I stayed, but he called today to tell me he was back in town, and he was considering staying… This made my heart leap with joy! My fantastic friend and I arranged to see each other tomorrow, because he wanted to rest after a long drive. I looked at my schedule and observed that I had a Heating and Air Conditioning appointment for tomorrow, which was a little disappointing. I decided that I wasn’t going to miss this opportunity, and so I decided to reschedule the air conditioner appointment. I called the local air conditioner corporation, and I asked about rescheduling. Thankfully, they had another appointment at the same time, the truly next day after tomorrow! This worked out perfectly, and I couldn’t help but wonder if the stars were aligning to get us together. I felt so hopeful and dreamy, now I need to find a nice outfit!
