I guess today is leg morning on the beach.

I prefer to train legs about once or twice a week, and that’s not counting all of the biking and volleyball I do each week. I do sandbag jumps in the sand, which particularly helps keep our legs strong. I had to scrub our ductwork the other morning and it required lots of leg muscles and I am glad that our legs didn’t get tired the whole time. I guess it took myself and others prefer four or five hours to scrub the ducts and I was up and down ladders the whole time. My central heating device has a filter in it however there is still a lot of dust getting through it and into the ducts. I don’t mind doing the cleaning however if I can avoid it that would be even better. I wonder if a HEPA filter would help keep the ductwork cleaner for longer. I bet it would because it catches a lot more of the dirt and dust that normally gets through the cheaper style prefer I have in mine now. I guess the local corporation sells HEPA filters and if I bring in our aged a single he can legitimately get myself and others a fitting HEPA right on the spot. I will go down there later after I finish our yoga and our work, oh yes and also go on our bike ride. It’s warming up outside so it should be a pleasant ride along the coast. I need to clear our mind because I’m flying in a month and a bit concerned I guess.

All I want to do is give my mom a big hug and a kiss and tell her how much I missed her.

After my father died while I was away, I am left with just my mom now.

I assume the plane will be ice chilly with the cooling system on full tilt so I system to dress with my Winter coat. I will need to get a rental automobile and hopefully they don’t kill myself and others with the rates. I just want a automobile with chilly cooling system because it is going to be honestly tepid when I get there. I am staying for free at my cousin’s home so that helps a lot, I’ll just need to cover the rental automobile and I’m set. I am going to help my mom buy a whole house media air cleaner when I am back because she has had a lot of allergies and I guess it is coming from the dust in her house. She is with my stepdad, thank God, however he doesn’t assume much about anything when it comes to laboring around the house. He tried to wash his HEPA filter a single time but couldn’t seem to find where it was located. He is just an attorney and that is all he knows what to do, however he is a darn good attorney I must say. I am going to help them wash their Heating as well as A/C system when I get back as a thank you for letting myself and others stay with them for a weekend. Every one of us are going to watch movies and drink beer. I can’t wait!

It sounds so space aged; I’m laboring on my iPad with my wireless earbuds, while my robotic vacuum cleaner cleans and my smart thermostat heats the flat.

Call myself and others old, but none of that stuff was around when I was a kid.

Maybe I can let you in on how my world was when I was more than nine years old. Every one of us had no HEPA filters, or smart thermostat back then. In fact, both of us only had ceiling fans in my home to keep us cool where both of us grew up. In the winters both of us had to make a fire in the fireplace to moderate the house, both of us didn’t even have a thermostat in the home back then. I had to sweep the floors with a broom and dustpan and then mop the whole home with a mop and bucket. Now I have this smart vacuum cleaner, with its built-in HEPA filter, to keep my home nice and wash without myself and others doing anything except emptying its dust compartment once a week. I still scrub a lot of my clothes by hand because I wear such a limited amount of clothing in my flat. It makes it simple for me. My tepid water oil furnace only heats the water that I use because it is a tankless model, which saves myself and others a lot of money in electricity each week. I have a honestly simple diet too, eating mainly fruit and vegetables and rice. I have a gas stove which really uses almost nothing at all in gas to cook each week. It’s nice living simply care about this and technology helps.

I just ran down to the hospital to take a quick coronavirus test and I suppose they had the control device set to “Snowing”; I am flying in more than five afternoons and if I maintained positive then we would have to get a dentist’s note saying I am okay to fly. Luckily, my test was downside. Now I am home again and I have my central furnace on so I can hot up from that freezing experience. I wonder why they have to keep the hospital so cold? I have no method even though I do have a great method that I am delighted I didn’t become a dentist. I method on cleaning my HVAC method this week as it has been a long time since doing so. I had the flu, not Covid, a few weeks ago and it was 1 of the worst experiences with sickness I’ve felt in a long time. Covid is nothing compared to a terrible flu. I was going to wash my air duct a week ago even though I was still coughing a lot and in no shape to be around dust and bacteria. I guess better now and should be able to wash everything, given that I wear a mask and make sure not to stir up a lot of dust when I am cleaning the vents and ducts. I have a washable HEPA filter so it isn’t a big deal removing the dust from it because I just put it in the dishwasher by itself and it comes out perfectly clean.
