All I want to do is supply our mom a big hug and a kiss and tell her how much I missed her. After our father died while I was away, I am left with just our mom now. I suppose the plane will be ice cold with the on full tilt so I program to dress with our Winter time coat. I will need to get a rental automobile and hopefully they don’t kill myself and others with the rates. I just want a automobile with cold because it is going to be particularly hot when I get there. I am staying for free at our cousin’s beach house so that helps a lot, I’ll just need to cover the rental automobile and I’m set. I am going to help our mom buy a whole house whole-house air purifier when I am back because she has had a lot of flu symptoms and I guess it is coming from the dust in her house. She is with our stepdad, thank God, but he doesn’t suppose much about anything when it comes to working around the house. He tried to scrub his HEPA filter a single time however couldn’t seem to find where it was located. He is just an attorney and that is all he knows what to do, but he is a darn fantastic attorney I must say. I am going to help them scrub their Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C plan when I get back as a thank you for letting myself and others stay with them for a weekend. Both of us are going to watch films and drink beer. I can’t wait!
Ice Cold Hospital with The Air Conditioning Blasting
I just ran down to the hospital to take a quick coronavirus test and I guess they had the thermostat set to “Snowing”, however i am flying in 6 afternoons and if I inspected positive then I would have to get a doctor’s note saying I am okay to fly.
- Luckily, our test was negative.
Now I am house again and I have our central furnace on so I can hot up from that cold experience. I wonder why they have to keep the hospital so cold? I have no program however I do have a fantastic program that I am glad I didn’t become a doctor. I program on cleaning our Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C plan today as it has been a long time since doing so. I had the flu, not Covid, a few weeks ago and it was a single of the worst experiences with sickness I’ve felt in a long time. Covid is nothing compared to a awful flu. I was going to scrub our ductwork a month ago however I was still coughing a lot and in no shape to be around dust and bacteria. I guess better now and should be able to scrub everything, given that I wear a mask and make sure not to stir up a lot of dust when I am cleaning the vents and ducts. I have a washable HEPA filter so it isn’t a big deal removing the dust from it because I just put it in the dishwasher by itself and it comes out perfectly clean. I l acquired that trick from a YouTube video.
Holding an Umbrella While in the Sea During my Cold Dips
I’ve been doing these dips for about various weeks now and notice a big difference in my energy level and my mood
Imagine seeing a guy in the sea holding an umbrella in the rain. Yep, that was myself and others a few weeks ago. Most people were in their flats resting in front of their gas furnace or fireplace trying to stay moderate while I was out in the pouring rain resting in honestly chilly sea water. I had my umbrella because I wear gloves and a moderate hat and don’t want them getting wet, hence the umbrella in the rain while in the sea. Makes perfect sense, right? I would love to be resting in front of my moderate space oil furnace and not bearing the chilly sea temps, but sometimes both of us have to subject the body to circumstances that are not so desirable to achieve some benefit from it. I get a big burst of energy from these chilly sea dids each day and it also helps my joints heal from their pains. I set my tepid water oil furnace thermostat to its highest setting so that when I come house from my dips I can take a nice tepid bath without running out of tepid water. I’ve been doing these dips for about various weeks now and notice a big difference in my energy level and my mood. I also care about to heat up my flat with the central oil furnace so that when I am done with my bath I still keep all of the body heat. I can be shivering for an hour after my chilly dips if I don’t take a tepid bath and heat up my flat. Maybe I’m just crazy.
Yoga in the Warm Sun is A Good Time
I normally do yoga in my flat each day, but this week is such a nice moderate and sunny day that I guess I am going to do it outside near the sea.
- I am still running my central heat even though this week is going to be 73F.
It is still quite chilly here due to the fact that this flat doesn’t get much sunshine and is honestly well insulated. It’s good in the summers because sometimes I hardly have to run the cooling system at all because the place stays so cool from the evening before. Yeah, so this week I’ll take my yoga mat and hit the beach at noon and do my yoga out in nature by the calm sea. I don’t need to use my media air cleaner much here because the air quality is so good outside as both of us don’t have any buses or taxis polluting the air. Every one of us do have a single bus but it is electric so both of us don’t hear it or smell it. I had to buy the media air cleaner when I was living in the last neighborhood I was in because the pollution was so bad. Every one of us lived on a corner and every time the buses took off the whole flat would smell care about engine exhaust. I entirely lost 5 years off of my lifespan from living there for a couple of years. Where I live now I have a HEPA filter in my central heating component so I really don’t need the media air cleaner. Maybe I’ll drop it online and see if I can sell it.
Barney’s Been Cleaning for Hours and Looks Tired
I named my robot vacuum cleaner Barney because he just looks so innocent and sweet. The only place Barney really can’t wash on the floors is under my sofa. The sofa sits too low for Barnet to get underneath. Maybe I could raise its legs a half inch then Barney could wash under it because I see lots of dust under there now. I vacuumed the sofa with my HEPA hand vacuum cleaner even though I couldn’t get under the sofa. I wonder how I could raise it up a half an inch? The sofa is a bit in the way of my smart thermostat so maybe I could transfer the sofa over a few feet and Barney could wash that area for me. I don’t want to clog Barney though so maybe I should sweep up all of the big stuff that was where the sofa was before moving it. I’m going to look for a current gas oil furnace for my flat because I have an electric a single that just costs way too much to operate. I guess gas is a lot cheaper and cleaner for the environment so why not switch to it? I used to have a gas oil furnace a long time ago and I remember how cheap it was to heat my home with it. Hopefully it’s cheap now and I do not have to worry about how I’m going to spend money the power bills each week. Maybe I should get a gas tepid water oil furnace too, because I take a lot of baths and am sure it uses a lot of power.
