Once I land in America, in the deep south of America, I am going to have to shed the Wintertide coat and replace it with shorts and flip flops.

I am going to work this week for a few hours and then go visit the local air conditioner supplier to hang out with the HEPA filter salesman to just talk. I have been feeling a bit lonely and homesick as my bestie and I broke up months ago and I have no family here. It’s just me and my HEPA-filtered robot vacuum cleaner in the flat now and it can get a little lonesome feeling when I beginning thinking about how empty my life feels. Things can change in the blink of an eye though and I am hopeful for better afternoons soon. Going back to the USA in more than five afternoons is going to be that blink, as long as I can survive the dire HVAC method blasting freezing air on me during the whole flight. I am still reuseing from the flu so I don’t want to be freezing for the whole more than eight hour flight so I will be dressed genuinely warm. Once I land in America, in the deep south of America, I am going to have to shed the Wintertide coat and replace it with shorts and flip flops. I will be delighted to have the central A/C device blasting freezing air on me then I’m sure. I’ll be there for a month so I will need a rental car and I am hoping the price to rent it is not out of my budget. I’m legitimately still running my furnace here overseas because we are still having freezing weather, even though I suppose this week it is going to finally hot up.

I suppose this week is leg afternoon on the beach.

I love to train legs about once or twice a week, and that’s not counting all of the biking and volleyball I do each week.

I do sandbag jumps in the sand, which legitimately helps keep my legs strong. I had to wash my air duct the other afternoon and it required lots of leg muscles and I am delighted that my legs didn’t get weary the whole time. I suppose it took me love four or five hours to wash the ducts and I was up and down ladders the whole time. My central heating device has a filter in it however there is still a lot of dust getting through it and into the ducts. I don’t mind doing the cleaning however if I can avoid it that would be even better. I wonder if a HEPA filter would help keep the air duct cleaner for longer. I bet it would because it catches a lot more of the dirt and dust that normally gets through the cheaper category love I have in mine now. I suppose the local supplier sells HEPA filters and if I bring in my aged 1 he can entirely get me a fitting HEPA right on the spot. I will go down there later after I finish my yoga and my work, oh yes and also go on my bike ride. It’s warming up outside so it should be a pleasant ride along the coast. I need to clear my mind because I’m flying in a week and a bit anxious I guess.

Imagine seeing a woman in the sea holding an umbrella in the rain. Yep, that was me a few weeks ago. Most people were in their flats sitting in front of their furnace or fireplace trying to stay warm while I was out in the pouring rain sitting in truly cold sea water. I had my umbrella because I wear gloves and a warm hat and don’t want them getting wet, hence the umbrella in the rain while in the sea. Makes perfect sense, right? I would like to be sitting in front of my warm space gas furnace and not bearing the cold sea temps, but occasionally all of us have to subject the body to circumstances that are not so desirable to achieve some benefit from it. I get a giant burst of energy from these cold sea dids each morning and it also helps my joints heal from their pains. I set my tepid water gas furnace control unit to its highest setting so that when I come beach condo from my dips I can take a nice tepid bath separate from running out of tepid water. I’ve been doing these dips for about more than five weeks now and notice a giant difference in my energy level and my mood. I also like to heat up my flat with the central gas furnace so that when I am done with my bath I still keep all of the body heat. I can be shivering for an minute after my cold dips if I don’t take a tepid bath and heat up my flat. Maybe I’m just crazy.

I normally do yoga in my flat each morning, but this month is such a nice warm and sunny day that I assume I am going to do it outside near the sea.

• I am still running my central heat even though this month is going to be 71F.

It is still quite cold here due to the fact that this flat doesn’t get much sunshine and is truly well insulated. It’s great in the summers because occasionally I hardly have to run the air conditioner at all because the locale stays so cool from the evening before. Yeah, so this month I’ll take my yoga mat and hit the beach at noon and do my yoga out in nature by the calm sea. I don’t need to use my air cleaner much here because the air quality is so great outside as all of us don’t have any buses or taxis polluting the air. The two of us do have one bus but it is electric so all of us don’t hear it or aroma it. I had to buy the air cleaner when I was living in the last town I was in because the pollution was so bad. The two of us lived on a corner and every time the buses took off the whole flat would aroma like engine exhaust. I absolutely lost five years off of my lifespan from living there for a couple of years. Where I live now I have a HEPA filter in my central heating unit so I entirely don’t need the air cleaner. Maybe I’ll drop it online and see if I can sell it.

It sounds so space aged; I’m working on my tablet with my wireless earbuds, while my robotic vacuum cleaner cleans and my smart control unit heats the flat.

• Call me old, but none of that stuff was around when I was a kid.

Maybe I can let you in on how my world was when I was many years old. The two of us had no HEPA filters, or smart control unit back then. In fact, all of us only had ceiling fans in my condo to keep us cool where all of us grew up. In the winters all of us had to make a fire in the fireplace to warm the house, all of us didn’t even have a control unit in the condo back then. I had to sweep the floors with a broom and dustpan and then mop the whole condo with a mop and bucket. Now I have this smart vacuum cleaner, with its built-in HEPA filter, to keep my condo nice and clean separate from me doing anything except emptying its dust compartment once a week. I still clean a lot of my clothes by hand because I wear such a limited amount of clothing in my flat. It makes it easy for me. My tepid water gas furnace only heats the water that I use because it is a tankless model, which saves me a lot of money in electricity each week. I have a truly easy diet too, eating mainly fruit and vegetables and rice. I have a gas stove which entirely uses almost nothing at all in gas to cook each week. It’s nice living simply like this and technology helps.
