I had convened three a/c workers plus myself.
The buyer had been really vague on what the issue was. All he said was that his a/c had stopped toiling and before that the air quality had been really poor. When we got to the residence, we needed to first establish how old the plan was. It was a fairly new air conditioning plan since the a/c upgrade was done two years ago. The plan was in a really bad state. Since the fitting was done, the buyer had not busy for an a/c representative to run an air conditioning maintenance even once. No a/c repairs had been done on the plan as well. I asked the buyer whether he had been given an a/c care plan by the air conditioning company that did the fitting. He confirmed having the plan however not coming round to go through it. Having been forced to get a new a/c system, the buyer was now willing to listen to some of the a/c care strategies that could be effective in maintaining the optimal function of the system. The first thing was to schedule an annual tune-up. I also advocated him on the importance of running repairs for any arising issue to avoid it growing into a much more grave issue. A proper a/c maintenance is essential to any system’s proper function. Though most of the work can only be done by experts, I illustrated how to change filters as he could do that on his own. The air conditioning supplier from the air conditioning supplier downtown would supply the filters.
