I can say that I have done well for myself over the years, though the journey was filled with a lot of obstacles and challenges! I found a task with one of the greatest air conditioning companies in the state. I started as a junior air conditioning worker; Some of our duties included helping out with any air conditioning repairs or air conditioning services. I would accompany the air conditioning representative team on their work orders! This shadowing allowed me to hone our skills and grow our confidence in attempting a task on our own, then by the end of the first year, I was able to execute complicated tasks such as air conditioning installation. I was even able to go on these work orders and participate with the rest of our colleagues in the air conditioning maintenance. Soon after graduating from the apprentice program, I was given a task to help the expansion team as they were working on a system to open an air conditioning dealer in a remote neighborhood west of our town… When every one of us visited the neighborhood to determine whether the plan was feasible, every one of us saw that there was a demand for up-to-date air conditioning systems and services. The inhabitants had Heating and A/C systems however they had to travel far just to get an air conditioning worker to run easy tune-ups or the normal correct repairs. Some were struggling to keep up the optimal function of the system because they didn’t have a feasible air conditioning care system for their a/cs. The process of opening a dealer was challenging however the neighborhood inhabitants welcomed us making things a bit easier. The two of us first set up an air conditioning company store where the inhabitants would get basic air conditioning care to improve the air quality.
