I called the Heating as well as Air Conditioning business to service a service they had already done to my oil furnace. It was less than two weeks since the Heating as well as Air Conditioning business had sent a worker to the house to take care of my oil furnace. There was little airflow and the heat wasn’t reaching all the rooms. I knew there had to be a problem with the HVAC duct, but the Heating as well as Air Conditioning worker told me I was wrong… After she left, I still had the same problem. I still didn’t have fine airflow, and the heat still wasn’t reaching all the rooms. A month later, I called the Heating as well as Air Conditioning business again. I told them I had the same problem I had been having a month earlier, and the Heating as well as Air Conditioning worker told me I was wrong about it being an airflow problem. I was sure there was a blockage in the HVAC duct. The Heating as well as Air Conditioning receptionist told me they could set me up with some HVAC duct cleaners and have them at the house in the next couple of afternoons. I was sure this was going to be the answer to my complications. Although the HVAC duct was dirty, it didn’t solve the problem. A new Heating as well as Air Conditioning worker showed up the following morning. She inspected the house and the HVAC duct, and asked if those rooms were additions, and I said yes. She said they were far enough away from the Heating as well as Air Conditioning system, that the air couldn’t get to them. With the help of a few small blowers in the HVAC duct, she would get the heating and a/c into those rooms, and it would not cost much. She said I had already been given so several wrong answers, that other than for the fans, I owed nothing for her time.
